Accessing your ACD Efax Number

Below are instructions for accessing your Efax number and modifying the email address your faxes are sent to

1. Go to phone.acd.net and log in with the telephone number and password provided by ACD support as the parent number for your efax (this is normally one of the voice lines you currently have with ACD, it could also be a dummy number setup by ACD to house your efax number if you have no other voice services with ACD)






you will then be directed to the dashboard









2. Click on the settings tab at the top right









3. Click on the messaging subtab

4. Check the box to "Auto-forward all voicemail messages and faxes as emails to" and enter the email address you want your faxes to be sent to.










5. Click Apply to save changes


6. All faxes sent to your efax number will be emailed to the email address you provided as a .pdf file
