I was able to get the wiki completely functional. Took a few permission setting adjustments for images/* directory as it is on a shared cpanel server. I am now able to upload files only when logged in and only edit when logged in.
No Errors that I can find anymore. Update this page if you find some and add the error also. Thanks! JR 5/8/2015 7:53AM

DONE! - I was able to get the DB altered and working with this legacy LTS 1.19 version of MediaWIKI. Now you can edit/save pages JR 5/6/2015 8:12AM

CURRENTLY WORKING OUT THE BUGS IN THIS VERSION OF MEDIAWIKI. PLEASE POST ANY ERRORS YOU SEE.
- When editing a page mysql will partially fail until I manually run a script. This will be fixed. Working on it now. 5/6/2015 JR. 7:30AM
