Open a Service Ticket
How to Open a Service Ticket Online
You can open and note service tickets from your customer account.
Log into your account at https://myaccount.acd.net
At the bottom left, click Open/View Service Requests.
You can open a ticket from here. Select the affected service and group assignment(usually Support) from the drop down menus. Then give a title description and the details of the problem.
Then click Submit Service Request. Your ticket has been created.
You can then see the status of your tickets.
Click view notes, if you need to respond or submit additional info.
