This category contains articles that have basic instructions with screen shots for the purpose of setting up an email client.
There are five things that need to be configured for your ACD email to work properly.
- Username: This will be your full email address with @acd.net(or applicable domain) at the end
- Password: Make sure it's right!
- Incoming Server: This is normally pop3.acd.net on port 110
- Outgoing Server: This is normally smtp.acd.net on port 25
- Outgoing server needs to authenticate(log in with UN PW info).
ACD does not use SSL, make sure it is not enabled. Default settings normally do not use SSL.
